Agreement, Rules and Regulations
Other drivers must present license prior to driving.
I understand that there is NO REFUND for unsused
time. An open credit card imprint or a $200 Security Deposit is
necessary, and will be closed/returned upon the return of said vehicle.
There will be a $12 charge for failure to return key with vehicle
at the time of return and/or a $25 lost lock Fee. I agree to indemnity
and hold Island Adventures Golf Cart Rentals harmless from any and
all lost, liability or expense of any kind and nature incurred by
or asserted against me arising in any manner from the leased equipment.
Further, I acknowldge I am solely responsible for any loss or damage
to said equipment. I hereby disclaim any representation or warranty,
whether expressed or implied, as to any matter whatsoever, including
without limitation, the design, performance, specifications, or
conditions of the equipment, its merchantability or the fitness
for any particular purpose, the equality of the material or workmanship
of the equipment. No person without a valid driver's license will
operate the cart at any time under any circumstances. Violation
will result in immediate return of cart to Island Adventures Golf
Cart Rentals.
I also agree to the following rules:
- Abide by the road rules.
- No drunken driving.
- Lock steering and take keys at all times.
- No driving on Airport Runway.
- Gas must be refilled or paid for.
- 10% Sales Tax on all rentals must be paid.

Four (4) persons on golf cart (maximum).
If a golf cart crosses the ferry on Boca del Rio, a $20.00 fee
is charged in case of an emergency and it needs to be pulled
back. Renter must pay for any additional time.
